Your main job responsibilities will include: Performing administration and technical tasks for the director and employees in the organizational unit Completing organizational instructions related to presence at work, business trips, ordering Preparing and writing minutes of meetings Translating various texts Bookkeeping and ensuring correctness of data entering the information system Conducting financial operations (processing of orders and handling incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements) Conducting/participating in the realization of the annual inventory of assets Material management accounting Recording of fixed assets and calculating the depreciation Participating in audits (external and internal) as well as tax and possible other reviews and/or controls Taking care of logistics and car park of the company We are looking for candidates who have: Economics or other suitable education around 3 years of experience (can be in a different business) knowledge of MS Office (strong in Excel) Fluent in Dutch and English, with some knowledge of French IT knowledge type ERP (Navision knowledge is very desired) We offer: Employment will be first concluded for definite time of six months with option for prolongation to indefinite time (permanent contract).
